Think you know Brazilian coffee? Think again.

The Brazil Explorer Bundle is a curated trio of single origins, freshly roasted in the GOAT STORY roastery, that throws out the old "nutty and safe" cliché and shows what this country is really capable of. Three farms, three processing styles, one origin reinventing itself one harvest at a time.

Inside you'll find the tropical explosion of Entre Nos (guava, passion fruit and blackberry), the red-fruit-and-cassis intensity of Maria Soraia Guimarães (a stunning 90-point Arara), and a new emerging varietal (but with a true Brazilian flavor profile) from Fabiano Pires.  Fabiano Pires.

Perfect for curious drinkers who want to taste how far modern Brazilian coffee production has come, and why it's become one of the most exciting origins in specialty coffee today.

Coffee in this bundle is sold as WHOLEBEAN.
We can grind the coffee, just specify the grind type in the order comment.

For years Brazilian coffees have been overlooked and underrated. While we mostly see brazil as the origin of safe, nutty, everyday coffees that are hidden in blends, but rarely exciting on its own, we saw the shift in Brazil’s coffee personality all the way back in 2018, when Emi Fukahori won the World Brewers Cup with a Brazilian coffee.
Something is shifting in Brazil. A new generation of producers — people like Fabiano Pires in the Caparaó mountains and Maria Soraia Guimarães in Serra do Salitre — are climbing higher, experimenting with bold anaerobic and extended fermentations, and refusing to settle for what's expected of them. The result is a wave of Brazilian coffee that tastes nothing like the cliché: vivid, fruit-driven, complex, and full of personality.
We put these three together because they tell that story better as a trio than any of them could alone: one a new varietal with a classic flavour and two coffees that easily compete with the best coffees from the neighboring Colombia.
This bundle is our way of saying: give Brazil another look. It will change your perspective on coffee.
