We roast each of the coffees separately and blend them after roasting. The coffees are roasted light to medium with an extended roast time. Perfect for espresso or Turkish coffee, but. can be enjoyed as a bold and rich filter coffee.

ABOUT THIS COFFEE +

Creating a blend is always a challenge, and even more so when it needs to encapsulate the holiday spirit. This year, we took a Brazilian natural from the Caparaó mountains. Smooth and creamy, it forms the perfect base.

To add that festive note to the blend, we included one of our favorite coffees this year: an anaerobic fermentation Brazilian natural, grown and processed by the one and only Pieter Keijsers. And we didn’t stop there. We invited a special guest to this holiday party: Barrel-Aged Brazil Fruity Caramelo. This naturally processed Brazilian coffee from Caparaó was crafted using our unique, self-developed barrel-aging process.
