Are import duties included in the shipping?
No, the shipping costs you pay when placing an order do not cover the
import taxes. We ship our products from our warehouse in Slovenia (EU).
The collection of duties & taxes vary between different locations.
For more information on duties & taxes, we recommend reaching out to
your local customs office. You are also more than welcome to get in touch with us and we will try and help you with your questions.

Can I return a product?
We want everyone to love their GOAT STORY product as much as we do, but if you unpack it and find out that it simply isn’t for you, you should send us an email to baa@goat-story.com immediately, so we can authorize the return (return postage costs are the customer's responsibility). You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).
