Are import duties included in the shipping?
No. Shipping costs and product prices do not include import duties or taxes. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Slovenia (EU); for deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes are collected by your local customs office and vary by country. For details, please contact your local customs office – or get in touch with us and we'll help where we can.

Choosing the right coffee can be a pickle – that's why we made a short coffee quiz to find the right one for you. Whichever coffee you pick, you won't be disappointed.
Can I return a product?
We want everyone to love their GOAT STORY product as much as we do, but if you unpack it and find out that it simply isn’t for you, email baa@goat-story.com so we can authorize the return (return postage costs are the customer's responsibility). You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).
