It started with a legend
We weren't coffee geeks in 2014. We were just a small team with a vision - to create a coffee mug that tuned heads. With over 10.000 backers on Kickstarter, our world turned upside down and we discovered the wonderful world of specialty coffee. Our focus for the future was set: to revolutionize the world of specialty coffee.
Mission accomplished! GOAT STORY gear and coffee is found from USA to Australia, from Norway to South Africa.
Then we got obsessed
After we kept forgetting our scale for coffee events, we decided to integrate it in a filter brewer. That brewer was later used by Emi Fukahori to win the World Brewers cup in 2018. What followed was an explosion of coffee creativity: from the innovative ARCO 2-in-1 grinder, to the easy to use Cold Brew Kit and the Turkish coffee design piece - OTTO.

Progression in the roast
in 2019 we took the next logical step in the world of coffee - the GOAT STORY specialty coffee roastery. Our roastmaster Dušan roasts small batch, carefully selected specialty coffees with a sharp focus on relationship with farmers and suppliers. Seasonal coffees at its best and a roast style that doesn't focus on current trends, but rather on peak flavor.

The Coffee Shop
In the center of Ljubljana, our home town, we let our creativity and passion for coffee loose. An open space of great coffee, meaningful conversations and a place to sit, relax and taste the best we have to offer. We're raising the bar on how a coffee shop should look and feel. The feelgood coffee spot in the most beautiful city in the world!
