Redefining a centuries old brew method
OTTO: Modern Turkish coffee pot
OTTO is the modern tool for a brewing method that goes back centuries.
You can call it ibrik, çezve or any other name - the basic shape of these pots has been perfected through the centuries.
Our aim was to bring Turkish coffee a new contemporary look: a coffee pot that pays hommage to one of the most iconic coffee brewing methods in the world and looks cool enough to have it on display in a modern kitchen.
Material: Stainless Steel
Volume: 550ml (brew up to 5 cups of coffee)
Works on all stove types
We do not recommend you to wash OTTO in the dishwasher.
PRO TIP: OTTO works with most induction cooktops. However there are a small number of induction cooktop models out there that have issues detecting smaller diameter pots and pans. To make sure your cooktop will work flawlessly with OTTO, test it with a similar diameter induction pot before ordering. The base diameter of the Otto is 96mm (3-¾'').

Turkish coffee = More flavor
The secret to the rich and bold cup of coffee is water that is slowly reaching the end temperature. Mixed with finely ground coffee, it heats up and creates a unique flow inside the pot.
Creating an intense extraction and a cup full of flavor.

The recipe
There are many recipes for Turkish coffee, but with the evolution of specialty coffee, we took notes from World Ibrik Championship winners.
Here's what they recommend:
#1 Grind 30g of specialty coffee
#2 Heat 330g of water to 65°C (149°F)
#3 Mix coffee and water in OTTO
#4 Put OTTO on stove (mid power)
#5 When foam reaches the top of the pot, your coffee is ready

Built to impress and built to last!
OTTO is an engineering gem!
Stainless steel construction (food grade, of course), with special stainless steel at the bottom for induction stove recognition. And an aluminium bottom sheet for uniform heat transfer.
Add to that the beautiful powder coating for a premium finish and a silicone handle cover to protect you from the heat.
