Wonderland is arguably the most exciting blend in our lineup. Originally created as a limited Christmas release, it became so popular that we couldn't help but keep it around. It is a tribute to three distinct coffee regions, blended together to create a "flavor wonderland" that is designed to take your espresso experience to the next level.

What it tastes like: A smooth and complex coffee with layers of rich caramel chocolate and red fruits, topped off with a unique funky fruity subtone. It’s sweet, vibrant, and full of character.

Why we like it: We love it because it’s a "revelation of flavor." It uses a mix of differently processed beans to achieve its distinctive fruitiness. It’s the perfect choice for the curious coffee lover who wants a cup that is both comforting and surprising.

Best way to drink it: This blend works like magic when brewed as Espresso or Turkish coffee, and it’s also fantastic in a Moka Pot. It’s the ideal bean for those moments when you want a coffee that feels like a special occasion.

Wonderland was first created as a Christmas blend but due to huge
popularity, we decided to offer this limited edition coffee to true
coffee lovers.

The most exciting coffee blend in our line up is a tribute to three
distinct coffee regions that blend together in a true flavor Wonderland.
Crafted to brew the perfect fruity, sweet and exciting next level
espresso. A smooth coffee experience with flavors of rich caramel
chocolate, red fruits, and a funky fruity subtone are perfect for
Turkish coffee, espresso or moka pot.

ESPRESSO:

Coffee: 18 g
Yield: 40-42 g
Time: 0:26 
Water Temperature: 93°C (199°F)
Grind: Fine (appr. 250 μm)

TURKISH COFFEE:
Coffee: 20 g
Water: 220g
Time: 3:00
Grind: Superfine (50–100 μm)

#1: Pour hot water (20g, appr. 60°C) into your çezve, add freshly ground coffee (220g).
#2: Stir coffee and water and make sure all coffee is covered with water.
#3: Heat the coffee until a thick foam begins to rise in the çezve. Remove it from the heat source.
#4: Immediately pour in cups. Let the coffee rest for a minute for the grounds to settle.

Coffee: Fill the filter basket, gently level the coffee (do not compress)
Water: Fill water to the moka pot safety valve.
Brew Time: Approximately 3 minutes (medium heat)
Grind Size: Medium-fine (400–500 μm)
