Cold drippin' summer!

This is a classic! You have probably seen those big cold drip towers in some coffee shops, right? These things look like laboratory contraptions! And they make a crazy cup of coffee - cold drip!

It's my summer favorite when I have a bit of extra time ... Yeah cold drip takes a few hours to prepare, but it's well worth the wait! I use GINA to make cold drip but you can make it with any cold dripper.

I used a smooth Colombia Don Pablo coffee for this one ... a lighter roasted Colombian coffee that is just perfect for cold brewed coffee!
