When it's steaming hot outside it sometimes doesn't feel right to be drinking a hot espresso. So here's a little trick for hot summer days ...
Now I do like my espresso straight with no extras. But in the heat of the summer I like to brew my espresso over ice.
There's no magic recipe to it ... simply pull your shot of espresso (or even better a double shot!) over a glass filled with ice. Shake and stir and enjoy that sweet and creamy flavor ... but ice cold! Epic!
What kind of coffee should you use? I recommend a nice Colombia Supremo to get those caramel and red apple notes!
