"Good Vibrations" is our celebrated seasonal blend, meticulously crafted to deliver a rich, bold, and satisfying experience without bitterness. It's the perfect daily driver for those who crave classic coffee flavors and exceptional performance across all brewing methods, especially those requiring a fine, strong roast. As the seasons change, the beans in this blend rotate, but the core promise of a smooth, sweet, and comforting cup remains absolute.
While this is our boldest blend, it is developed using a medium espresso roast profile. This deliberate approach ensures the beans achieve the depth and intensity needed for espresso and traditional brewing, while preserving the sweet, clean notes of caramel and vanilla—guaranteeing a clean cup, every time.

Walking on Sunshine Seasonal Blend
The Sweet & Vibrant Morning Boost
We designed this blend specifically for home espresso lovers who want a kick of fruit without losing that creamy body. It’s bright, but never sour, crafted for those who want their morning cup to be a bit more "exciting." It respects the seasonality of coffee crops, meaning the beans change throughout the year, but we always select and roast them to hit that specific, joyful sweet spot that inspired the name.
What it tastes like: It perfectly balances classic comfort with a fruity twist. You'll get those smooth base notes of caramel and vanilla, but with an added fruity dimension and a subtle, vibrant acidity. It’s sweet, clean, and completely free of any harsh bitterness.
Why we like it: We love it because it’s a "kick-ass" espresso that doesn't play it too safe. It has just the right amount of personality to stand out as a espresso, while still being sweet enough to pair beautifully with milk. It’s literally "sunshine" in a cup.
Best way to drink it: As the name suggests, this is a masterpiece for Espresso or a Moka Pot. If you're looking to level up your home barista game and want a sweet, complex espresso that feels premium, this is the one to reach for.

Wonderland Seasonal Blend
The Adventurous Flavor Journey
Wonderland is arguably the most exciting blend in our lineup. Originally created as a limited Christmas release, it became so popular that we couldn't help but keep it around. It is a tribute to three distinct coffee regions, blended together to create a "flavor wonderland" that is designed to take your espresso experience to the next level.
What it tastes like: A smooth and complex coffee with layers of rich caramel chocolate and red fruits, topped off with a unique funky fruity subtone. It’s sweet, vibrant, and full of character.
Why we like it: We love it because it’s a "revelation of flavor." It uses a mix of differently processed beans to achieve its distinctive fruitiness. It’s the perfect choice for the curious coffee lover who wants a cup that is both comforting and surprising.
Best way to drink it: This blend works like magic when brewed as Espresso or Turkish coffee, and it’s also fantastic in a Moka Pot. It’s the ideal bean for those moments when you want a coffee that feels like a special occasion.
ROASTER'S TIP: Cold brew it!

Brazil Caramelo Caparaó
Sweet, Creamy, and Classic
If you love traditional coffee flavors but want an upgrade in quality, this is the one. Brazil Caramelo is exactly what it sounds like—smooth, sweet, and incredibly drinkable.
What it tastes like: Like a dessert in a cup. Expect heavy notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and dried fruit. It has a creamy texture that pairs beautifully with milk.
Why we love it: It’s grown at high altitudes (which is rare for Brazil!), giving it a complexity you don't usually find in standard chocolatey coffees. It’s bold but never harsh.
Best way to drink it: An absolute winner for Espresso, Turkish Coffee, or anyone who loves adding a splash of milk.

The indigenous people of Brazil, Indians from the Tupi tribe have been amazed by an area full of crystal clear water springs and rocky peaks and have though named the area Caparaó - Magic Mountain. Far from the hectic of the Brazilian urban centres, the Caparao region is today a national park where organic coffee farming is a part of history for small farmers.
With coffee farming being the core of the people living in Caparao, generations of experience in coffee farming are today concentrated in one great cup of coffee. With a shift to specialty coffee, coffees from Caparao are today amongst the best of Brazil, proven by several titles of Coffee of the year.

CASCARA | Rwanda Abakundakawa
Cascara – dried coffee cherry peels for hot or cold infusion
Some call it tea, other call it a byproduct of coffee. But anyway you call it, cascara is truly unique. These dried coffee cherry peels contain a whole lot of flavor and sugar. So when steeped in either hot or cold coffee, the resulting drink is a fruity sweet and a little tart drink that can be a substitute for tea (but never for coffee 😜).
With its low caffeine content (about eight times less than coffee) this is the perfect »sip all day« drink or a base for some tasty beverage mixology.

Sun dried coffee cherry peel
Net weight: 150g
The pulp left over from the extraction of the coffee bean as a "waste product", also known as cascara, has already been prepared as a tea for a long time. Coffee farmers discovered early that the pulp of the coffee cherry contains complex fruit flavors and valuable nutrients. To obtain the pulp, which like the coffee bean contains caffeine, for the washed process, it is sun-dried after it has been separated from the coffee bean. For coffee farmers, selling the pulp can mean an additional source of income. In terms of taste, Cascara is more reminiscent of a fruit tea than a coffee drink. The taste nuances depend on the type of coffee and the growing area. This washed cascara was made from organic certified cherries and has been processed at the Abakundakawa Washing Station. Abakundakawa, which means "those who love coffee", is a cooperative founded in 1999 from which we source many great, organic-certified coffees!

Tips for Filter coffee:
- Finer grind = longer brew time, fuller and more intense flavor.
- Coarser grind = shorter brew time, lighter and more delicate flavor.
- Lower coffee-to-water ratio (more coffee, less water) = fuller and more intense flavor.
- Higher coffee-to-water ratio (less coffee, more water) = more delicate and balanced flavor.
- Higher temperature (94–95°C) = more sweetness, more body.
- Lower temperature (90–92°C) = less bitterness, more acidity.
Intego experimental coffee is the result of the Gasharu farms curiosity to explore new methods of fermenting naturals to attain the best flavours and tastes. The final recipe of this coffee was selected after a series of trials in which the process was slowly refined and finally resulted in a complex and out-of-this-world flavour profile.
Intego goes beyond a simple cup of coffee because of the intentionally created fermentation medium that gives it a strong body and clear taste which provides a unique and memorable experience to coffee lovers.
In addition to the unique taste, Intego coffee demonstrates the willingness of the Gasharu team to enter the European coffee market with the most genuine quality coffee and their culture of establishing “coffee harvest resolutions” to continue improving quality through innovative processing methods and promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
»Throughout the year, Gasharu Coffee holds small group meetings with coffee farmers to catch up on life, discuss the challenges in coffee farming and advise on the opportunities. Although my father Celestin is not an agronomist, he has always received calls from coffee farmers to advise on farming and processing because of his experience in farming, Now I have both the farming experience and academic training as an agronomist. I provide more scientific-based farming and harvesting guidance whenever needed. The processing at the washing station is carried out by young coffee farmers and the sorting on tables by slightly older coffee farmers, mainly women, providing them with more income.«

Three single origins from three very distincd coffee producing regions of the world.
The Brazil is grown at high altitudes (which is rare for Brazil!), giving it a complexity you don't usually find in standard chocolatey coffees. It’s bold but never harsh.
The Costa Rica comes from a beautiful microregion in Costa Rica’s West Valley known as the "City of Poets." We love it because it’s a "best of both worlds" coffee—it has the deep, chocolatey notes traditional drinkers love, but with a fruity twist that makes it modern and exciting
The Rwanda represents the spirit of innovation at our long lasting partner - Gasharu farm.
