We designed this blend specifically for home espresso lovers who want a kick of fruit without losing that creamy body. It’s bright, but never sour, crafted for those who want their morning cup to be a bit more "exciting." It respects the seasonality of coffee crops, meaning the beans change throughout the year, but we always select and roast them to hit that specific, joyful sweet spot that inspired the name.

What it tastes like: It perfectly balances classic comfort with a fruity twist. You'll get those smooth base notes of caramel and vanilla, but with an added fruity dimension and a subtle, vibrant acidity. It’s sweet, clean, and completely free of any harsh bitterness.

Why we like it: We love it because it’s a "kick-ass" espresso that doesn't play it too safe. It has just the right amount of personality to stand out as a espresso, while still being sweet enough to pair beautifully with milk. It’s literally "sunshine" in a cup.

Crafted specifically for those who take great pride in preparing a kick-ass espresso, Walking on Sunshine is our dedicated espresso blend that combines those classic caramel and vanilla notes and adding a new fruity dimension to the cup. No bitterness and a subtle acidity to create a vibrant and tasty cup. Works great as espresso but also blends well with milk.

Grind: Fine (appr. 250 μm)

TURKISH COFFEE:
Coffee: 20 g
Water: 220g
Time: 3:00
Grind: Superfine (50–100 μm)

#1: Pour hot water (20g, appr. 60°C) into your çezve, add freshly ground coffee (220g).
#2: Stir coffee and water and make sure all coffee is covered with water.
#3: Heat the coffee until a thick foam begins to rise in the çezve. Remove it from the heat source.
#4: Immediately pour in cups. Let the coffee rest for a minute for the grounds to settle.

Water: Fill water to the moka pot safety valve.
