UNPLUGGED

We unplugged the electric coffee maker. Here's what replaced it.

Café-quality filter coffee with the beans you choose. GINA brews pour-over, immersion and cold drip – all with one valve.

Make the switch

WHY PEOPLE SWITCH

More control than a push-button machine

A drip or capsule machine makes one kind of coffee, one way. GINA lets you decide how long the water stays with the coffee.

  • Use any coffee you like, freshly ground
  • Three brew methods from one valve
  • No pods to buy or throw away
  • A design-award-winning brewer that stays on the counter

ONE VALVE

Three ways to brew. Same beans, same grinder.

1 · Open: pour-over

Leave the valve open for a crisp, clear cup that shows every note of the beans.

2 · Closed, then open: immersion

Close the valve and let coffee and water steep. Then open it for a clean finish. Like a French press, but cleaner.

3 · Slow drip: cold drip

Set the valve to a slow drip and let time extract the smoothest coffee over several hours.
